A state-of-the-art VMC designed for intricate 3D milling and high-volume consistency. The LMW J2 features a high-torque BT-40 spindle and rapid tool indexing, allowing us to meet exacting technical specifications on parts with a travel of 800mm x 500mm x 500mm.
Its rigid construction supports a table load of up to 800 kg, ensuring superior surface finishes and "Excellence in Execution" for every complex geometry we produce.
Our powerhouse for high-accuracy, the ACE Micromatic is engineered for speed and repeatability. Featuring a 200 mm chuck and a 3,500+ RPM spindle, it handles complex shaft work and cylindrical components with a swing over bed of up to 400 mm. By integrating this technology, we provide an end-to-end machining solution that bridges the gap between raw material and a finished, high-stakes industrial product with 0.01mm tolerances.
Our flagship for large-format engineering, the Hartford Pro-3150 is a double-column gantry powerhouse designed for maximum stability and heavy cutting. Featuring an expansive 3,100 mm x 1,450 mm table and a travel range of 3,060mm x 1,560mm x 780mm, it provides the rigid foundation necessary for high-precision machining of oversized parts. Equipped with a high-torque BT-50 spindle and a 7,000 kg load capacity, this machine ensures that even our largest industrial projects maintain the "Excellence in Execution" our clients expect.
